We hear so much about anti-aging products these days and many women often end up trying most of those but in process ruin their true beauty. And then there are those fairness creams that claim to turn your skin a shade fairer. These are myths! If you wish to have a lusterous skin then read this blog post till the end.

Let me begin by saying that we won’t be talking about any fancy products but only the essentials.

If you want a healthy skin – lusterous, blemish free – then you ought to do the following.

1. Drink plenty of water

It is said at least 3 bottles of water needs to be drunk everyday. I begin my day with a glass of water. You can boil the water or take regular filtered water. To the boiled water squeeze lemon and add a few drops of honey for taste. Lemon helps in increasing metabolism and maintaining pH balance. And honey helps boost immune system, clear out toxins. 2. Workout

Regular workout of any kind helps in blood circulation. So exercise for at least 30 minutes daily. You may take a weekly off if you please.

3. Green leafy vegetables

Green leafy vegetables are rich in nutrients. Including those in your diet can be anti-aging much. I often take salad including carrot and beetroot which helps me tackle anemia and also provides pinkness to my cheeks.

Tip: Eating raw carrots will help reduce double chin. 😅

4. Fruits

Fruits are the best way to gain healthy skin in a very short span of time. Apples, bananas, citrus fruits are best. These days fruit detox is gaining momentum. You may want to read the Detox water recipes I blogged about earlier. For fruit detox all you need is a good detox water bottle.

5. Green Tea

Green tea detox is something people vouch for and I am no different. I have seen a change in my health and that of my skin ever since I have started taking Green tea. Green tea is rich in antioxidants which in turn bring a shine to your skin, protects your skin and stops aging.
