Here is what you will need do.
1 cup quaker oats
3 tablespoons of honey
1 mashed banana
1. Put the vessel on gas.
2. Add a cup of water
3. Add oats to the water
4. Bring it to boil
5. Add mashed bananas and honey to the oats
6. Stir till a shade of light brown.
